New Life for New Mills

CSA have been invited to contribute to the renovation and reuse of the New Mills Pumping Station in Norwich. This is at its earliest stages, and we have been asked to investigate the feasibility of its various potential futures. Together with developing draft proposals, we are primarily in discussion with the various stakeholders for the building.
