The scheme creates 17 residential units of various sizes and types, as well as a flexible corner commercial space, all on the site of a former industrial unit. The homes have been designed to be environmentally sustainable, including maximising the use of heat from the sun and using green roofs and responsibly sourced materials. A south facing courtyard space provides access to dwellings and promotes a healthy community spirit.
