We were asked to consider the potential of this large site in East Harling for development following the adoption of the Local Development Framework. We masterplanned the site to incorporate a series of small clusters of housing focused around shared green spaces. As part of phase 1 we produced proposals for the development of one of these clusters - a group of 10 houses of various sizes. These houses were carefully considered with future flexibility in mind as well as the incorporation of passive design principles.
